Atelier DeSilo is de herontwikkeling van een betonnen industrieel gebouw - een van de vroegste betonnen gebouwen van Amsterdam - tot woonwerk-ateliers voor creatieve startende ondernemers. De betonconstructie is gehandhaafd en is de fundering voor de light opbouw. Van niets naar een A+-label. Gefinancierd door Triodos Cultuurfonds. Architect: Concrete Amsterdam. Aannemer: Vermeulen Bouw. Installaties: Eneco-installatietechniek. .
Project Fokke Simonszstraat is een voorbeeld project in Amsterdam: het 1e voor-oorlogse monumentale pand energie-neutraal, soon energie-producerend. Van label G naar A. All-electric. Samen met bewoners de badkamers, keukens, installaties aangepakt, HR++glas en balkons toegevoegd. Verwarming met Therm-IQ UV-heaters. Architect: Femmie Huijstee, Installaties: Freek Huyerman.
Amstelveensweg, a building from the 19th century in Amsterdam-Zuid near Vondelpark with 5 apartments and a restaurant. We helped to renovate it in cooperation with the tenants, local government, neighbours and entepreneurs. An extra loft-apartment realized in the attick and investment in isolation and installations made the building uprise from energy-label G to label A. Architect: DeReuver, aannemer: Deurwaarder, installions: Eneco.
This was our first project. This 5 story-building from 1888 was in a terrible condition. We helped to renovate it from energy-label G to label A. HR-Installations, HR-glass windows, with PV-panels, new isolated roof with roof terrace. Architect: Merel Martens, contracter: Kroom bouwbedrijf, wood frames: Verweij Houttechniek, HR-CV installations: VOS Installatietechniek, PV-energy installation: ThermIQ.
WATERKANT, PARAMARIBO
In project Lower East we helped the owner in cooperation with a local housing association in New York to redevelop a block in Amsterdam-style. Develop, design, refurbish with the Amsterdam-style programm: 30% social, 30% middleclass, 30% high-segment and 10% commercial/retail. Live and learn was the theme of this project that was a (small) part of Omaba's social redevelopments-programm.
LOWER EAST, NEW YORK CITY
Project Waterkant moet de Zeedijk van Paramaribo worden: met de renovatie van het blok aan de zuidzijde willen we trachten de potentie van deze wijk een impuls te geven. Ook hier wordt weer gekozen voor samenwerking met de bewoners en een duurzame oplossing volgens het PPP-principe, not only for the tenants of the buuilding but rather for the whole block and neighbourhood. .
